Do you charge upfront fees, or require credit card information to list my property?

The first 500 users to list properties on KissRentals.com will receive FREE LISTING FOR LIVE. We are still accepting free listings. After 500 listings, the following terms apply:

KissRentals provides registration and listing of your property absolutely free for the first 90 days. No credit card information, no commitment, no risk. If you like the service, we maintain your listing for $45 per year. No tricks, no gimmicks, $45 for a year, with all features included!

How much does it cost to list my property?

The first 90 days of listing is free. Afterwards, the fee is $45 (US) per year. For multiple property listings by the same member, the following discounts apply: 5-10 listings, $35 each; 10-50, $20; and >50, $15.

When will I be asked to pay?

After your free 90 day trial period expires, we will send you an email. If you want to keep the service, please do. You will have 14 days to pay before your listing is deactivated. When paying via credit card, you have the option of subscribing for a year, or autorenewal. Under autorenewal, your card will be debit $45 once per year on the anniversary of the first year's payment. If you allow your listing to lapse, it can be reactivated upon payment at any time. Reactivation or repeat listings are fine, but the free 90 day period does not apply.

How can I pay for my listing?

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, and check or money order. For credit cards, you can use our site, or call with card information. Paypal payments can be sent to sales@kissrentals.com. Checks or money orders can be mailed directly to:

How does your affiliate program work?

When friends you refer to our site sign up and pay for at least one year, we credit your account $10. When they make the new listing, please have your friends enter your name and email address in the referral section of the input form. That's all!
